Diagnose
Two weeks embedded with the leadership team and operators. I map the current machine — SOPs (or lack of them), tooling, financial rails, delivery flow, metrics, and where the company is leaking time, money, or morale. You get a written operating diagnostic with a prioritized plan.
Install
I build the operating system. SOPs documented, metrics and OKRs scaffolded, automations deployed, dashboards live, cadences on the calendar, and hiring pipelines pressurized. Optionally, Control Tower or PSA on top for real-time company-wide visibility.
Hand over
The job isn't done until your team can run it without me. I pair with internal owners, document everything to the point it's boring, and exit on a defined date — or stay on in an advisory cadence. Either way, you own the machine.
